For your security and
convenience, when creating a new account we ask you to provide a security
question (and corresponding answer), so that you may gain access to your
account in the event you forget your User ID, Password or both.
If you have forgotten
your User ID, then click on the Forgot User ID/Password? link on the login page.
You will then be
asked to enter your Social Security Number, Last Name, and your
Birth Date. After entering these in the appropriate fields, click Lookup User.
You will then be
asked to answer your security question. Enter the answer and click Submit.
If
you correctly answer the security question, your User ID will be
emailed to you, and you will be able to reset your password online.
If you
can't remember the answer to your security question, you will simply need to
re-establish your account as a new user providing the same information as in your
initial setup.
If
you do not correctly answer your security question in three attempts your
account will be locked. If this occurs, you will need to create a new account.
If
you need to create a new account and have loan applications in process and use
the same SSN, Date of Birth, and Last Name as you did on your previous account,
we will find these applications and you will be able to complete them
using your new user account. For security reasons, if a new account is
created we will send a notice to the e-mail address you previously provided
that this action has been taken.
